There are only two situations that I know that a "herpes" outbreak may result in the chest.

First, it could be shingles. Shingles causes of injury all over his body. It is caused by the varicella virus, and can not really, unless you have had chickenpox. It has weakened more common in older people and people whose immune system is.

Secondly, there are sometimes situations in which fighters have herpes outbreaks in the chest and back. Apparently someone struggling with a virus of cold sore spot on the carpet of the skin, then someone has eroded seriously concerned about the same mat and herpes on the upper body. Rarely (actually like the herpes virus does not want to be away from the mouth, genitals and sometimes) even the eyes, and the infected person may never a break - but it happens. Search "herpes gladiatorum" for details.

Apart from these two situations, I do not know how I can herpes on your cheST. Sorry.
